About Jon Searles

Jon Searles has been managing people since he was 16 years old.  After over 20 years and two new manufacturing facilities with the company the entrepreneurial spirit caused him to purchase a portion of a bakery manufacturing company in New England.  Jon has a wide variety of interests and abilities.  He feels he is a “jack of all trades but master of none" which has been born of necessity.  Son, brother, father, manager, husband, and deacon are some of the titles he is honored to carry along with some things he is called that should not be printed.  His writing shows his inconsistent, disjointed, and variable style.  He will always remember the first cherished comment on his writing at www.searchwarp.com which was “To long."
